Before Hunar
Like thousands of young men in Pakistan, Hasnain had ambition and no route into skilled work.
Training
He enrolled on an HVAC programme with The Hunar Foundation, learning heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems on live equipment to industry standards.
Breakthrough
Through THF's international placement programme, Hasnain was put forward for overseas employment — and secured a role with Sharqawi Co. in Saudi Arabia.
Today
Hasnain works as a technician abroad, with earnings that reach back home to his family in Pakistan.
